RP-JC-1200 Jaw Crusher
Source-listed capacity 150–350 t/h · Maximum feed 750 mm. Confirm the configuration against your material and complete-line requirements.
Product overview
The RP-JC-1200 Jaw Crusher reduces large rock and ore for downstream processing. A heavy welded frame, deep crushing chamber and hydraulic discharge adjustment make it suitable for the primary crushing stage in quarries, metal mines and aggregate plants.
Features and operating benefits
Heavy welded frame The frame supports the crushing assembly under primary-stage loads. Foundation and installation design must account for site conditions.
Deep crushing chamber The chamber provides space for compression crushing. Controlled, even feeding helps maintain a continuous material flow.
Hydraulic discharge adjustment A 100–200 mm discharge setting allows adjustment to suit the next processing stage. The setting is not a guarantee of the complete product size distribution.
Reversible jaw plates High-manganese jaw plates can be reversed according to wear condition. Overload protection and routine inspections support load management.
Applications
Use it for primary reduction in hard-rock quarries, run-of-mine ore preparation and aggregate plants. Confirm hardness, abrasiveness, moisture and maximum lump size. Clay-rich or sticky feed requires a review of feeding and prescreening arrangements.
Working principle and circuit integration
Feed enters the chamber and is compressed between the moving and fixed jaws before discharging below. A typical circuit combines a feeder, jaw crusher, secondary crusher and screen. Capacity and transfer interfaces should be matched across the circuit.

Selection and operating conditions
Provide the material, maximum lump size, required hourly throughput, downstream feed limit and power supply. The listed 150–350 t/h range depends on feed properties, feeding continuity and discharge setting. Confirm the motor selection in the final technical proposal.
Drawings and verification
A dimensioned installation drawing, test report, model-specific certificate and confirmed image-to-model identification are not available. Do not use the supplied image as a dimensional reference.
Packing, delivery and support
Minimum order: 1 unit. Lead time: 30–45 days, subject to the agreed order schedule. Supplied with export wooden case or steel frame packing; confirm shipping arrangements for the destination and transport dimensions. Installation drawings, an operating manual and remote technical guidance are available. On-site supervision and operator training can be arranged for the project.
Listed support and delivery terms require order-specific agreement. They do not establish OEM service terms.
Frequently asked questions
Can it produce finished aggregate on its own?
It is intended for primary crushing. Projects requiring graded products generally need downstream crushing and screening.
How should I choose the discharge setting?
Consider both required throughput and the feed limits of downstream equipment. Share the circuit requirements for configuration advice.
Which areas need routine attention?
Inspect jaw plate wear, fasteners, lubrication points and transmission components. Follow the manual and adjust maintenance to operating duty.
