Client-supplied RockPeak equipment imagery

RockPeak / Crushing & screening

Start with the material and the circuit.

Three operating contexts from the supplied product and project documents. Each needs a project brief before equipment or complete-line scope can be agreed.

Quarries & aggregates

Client-supplied application illustration

Begin with maximum lump size, the required aggregate grades and the operating hours. Jaw crushing can serve the primary stage; downstream impact or cone crushing needs to suit hardness, abrasiveness and grading requirements.

Interfaces and constraints

Review screen cuts, return loads, conveyor interfaces and stockpile space. A machine capacity range does not determine usable aggregate output.

Mining & hard rock

Client-supplied application illustration

Define ore characteristics, abrasiveness and the feed requirements of downstream processing. Jaw crushing can reduce primary feed; cone crushing is described for suitable medium-hard and hard materials in subsequent stages.

Interfaces and constraints

Review feed gradation, chamber selection, metal protection and circulating load. Ore recovery, beneficiation design and mine production guarantees are outside the supplied evidence.

Construction waste recycling

Client-supplied application illustration

Describe the composition of the incoming waste and the required recovered products. Impact crushing is described for suitable medium-hard materials and sorted construction waste. Mobile configuration needs separate confirmation.

Interfaces and constraints

Remove metal, timber and other contaminants before feeding. Review presorting, moisture, site access, screening and material transfer. Permits and environmental compliance need project-specific review.

Prepare the inputs for selection

  • Material type, hardness, abrasiveness, moisture and contamination
  • Maximum feed size and particle-size distribution
  • Target throughput, operating hours and finished-product grades
  • Existing equipment, power supply, site layout and access
  • Required supply boundary, destination and applicable standards
  • For branding or drawings: ownership, revision, tolerances and acceptance criteria

Engineering design responsibility, civil works, supply, installation, commissioning, permits and acceptance criteria require written agreement. These application summaries do not establish a turnkey or EPC commitment. No independent solution-detail series is included in this phase.
